Calif. Appeals Court Affirms SF Win In Waterfront Project Row

Law360, Los Angeles (August 27, 2013, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday affirmed a judgment in favor of the city and county of San Francisco in a suit brought by a group opposed to parts of a project that would develop land currently used as a surface parking lot and a private tennis club.
