Private Iranian Claimants Booted From US Forfeiture Case

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Private Iranian groups who say they lost valuable assets to the Iranian government after the 1979 revolution have no claim to assets in a forfeiture action brought by the U.S. government against a Manhattan building and other assets, a federal judge in New York said Tuesday.
