Dun & Bradstreet Cleared Of Fraud Claims In Class Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday dismissed a construction company’s fraud and breach of contract claims against The Dun & Bradstreet Corp. in a proposed class action alleging D&B intimidated businesses into buying a credit tracking product, ruling there was not enough evidence to support the claims.
