Investor Hits Lululemon Over See-Through Yoga Pants Recall

Law360, Los Angeles (August 28, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Certain board members and executive officers for yoga apparel giant Lululemon Athletica Inc. were hit with a shareholder derivative action in New York federal court on Friday for allegedly causing financial losses by covering up the source of a defect that rendered some yoga pants see-through.

The lawsuit comes five months after Lululemon said that it had recalled some of its black yoga pants for women that had been on sale since the beginning of March after discovering that the pants were more revealing than intended....
