Texas Justices Asked To Revive $17M Drilling Ban Award

Law360, Houston (August 28, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A group of landowners urged the Texas Supreme Court on Tuesday to revive a $17 million judgment against the city of Houston that was overturned last year after an appeals court found that environmental concerns justified restrictions against oil and gas development near Lake Houston.
