8th Circ. Junks FCA Suit Over St. Paul Development Contracts

Law360, Los Angeles (August 28, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Wednesday that it didn’t have jurisdiction over a False Claims Act suit brought by the owner of three construction companies that weren’t awarded housing development contracts by St. Paul, Minn., finding his claims were about information that was already public.
