FBI Hit With Protests Over Pulling $425M Moving Contract

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Contractors are taking the FBI to court over its July decision to cancel and recompete a potentially $425 million procurement for employee relocation and moving services, saying the FBI overreacted by pulling the existing awards in response to protests from unsuccessful bidders.
