Calif. Limits Employers From Collecting Fee Awards

Law360, San Diego (August 28, 2013, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Gov. Jerry Brown on Monday signed into law a measure intended to clarify a California Supreme Court decision by limiting when employers can obtain attorneys' fee awards if they are defendants in worker wage claim disputes.
