AMR Judge Leaning Toward Ch. 11 Plan, But Won't Rule Yet

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday said he was leaning toward approving AMR Corp.’s reorganization plan but once again put off an official ruling on the matter, which has been thwarted by federal antitrust regulators who challenged the airline’s proposed merger two weeks ago.
