Frito-Lay Scores Partial Win In GMO Labeling Action

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday scrapped much of a multidistrict case accusing Frito-Lay North America Inc. of slapping deceptive "all natural" labels on chips and dip made with genetically modified organisms, but rejected the company's standing and preemption arguments.
