Exelis Sued Over $1.8M Owed To Afghanistan Subcontractor

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Exelis Systems Corp. was hit in Colorado federal court Thursday with a breach of contract suit accusing it of failing to pay a subcontractor $1.8 million on U.S. Department of Defense infrastructure maintenance contracts in Afghanistan by adjusting invoices and delaying operations to shirk payments.
