Ex-New Mexico City Official Charged For HUD Fraud Ring

Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A New Mexico federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted the executive director of a city housing authority accused of defrauding the federal government and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development of more than $100,000 through a public housing improvement program.
