Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2013, 10:03 PM EDT) -- A photographer sued rapper 50 Cent’s website and record label G-Unit Records Inc. on Wednesday for allegedly using an iconic photo he took of Tupac Shakur in 1994.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and his website Thisis50.com tagged the photo as having been created by 50 Cent, photographer Gary Miller claims.
