2nd Circ. Boots Sugar Co.'s Appeal In $168M Merrill Swap Row

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 2:21 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Friday rejected Brazilian sugar and ethanol company Usinas Itamarati SA's appeal of a trial court judge's finding that it owes some $168 million to Merrill Lynch Capital Services Inc. in a dispute over a March 2008 swap agreement.
