ConAgra Shakes Workers' Don, Doff Suit In 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 6:30 PM EDT) -- The Eight Circuit ruled Friday that time spent by employees walking to and from stations to put on and take off their work uniforms does not count toward the 40-hour work week in a wage-and-hour class action against ConAgra Foods Inc.
