Banks Hit Back At Class Cert. Bid In ATM Fee Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. and several other banks urged the U.S. Supreme Court last week against hearing a petition from a group of bank customers who wish to create a new exception to the rule that only direct purchasers can pursue federal antitrust claims.
