Cooking Channel Ripped Off 'Food Fanatics' Mark, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 1:01 PM EDT) -- Scripps Networks Interactive Inc., the owner of the Food Network and the Cooking Channel, was hit with a trademark infringement suit Tuesday in Illinois federal court accusing the company of lifting the "Food Fanatics" name of a food distribution company's marketing initiative for a reality show.
