Trucking Execs Charged In Alleged $26M Con Of GE Capital

Law360, Houston (September 4, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- Three former top executives of a defunct cross-border trucking business were arrested Wednesday on federal charges that they lied about the company’s declining financial condition to secure a line of credit from GE Capital Corp., which lost $26 million when the truth was revealed.
