NYC Teachers Regain Class Cert. In BOE Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has recertified a class of New York City school teachers who sued the Board of Education for giving its teachers exams that allegedly discriminated against blacks and Hispanics, reversing a decision to partly decertify the class in light of Dukes.
