Owners Of Iran-Linked Property Sanctioned In 9/11 Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 4:40 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday granted a motion for sanctions against two Iran-related entities for failure to comply with a discovery order in a suit brought by family members of 9/11 victims seeking to use the companies' interests in a Manhattan property to help satisfy a $6 billion terrorism judgment.
