Developer Sues Baltimore For $50M Over 'Superblock' Project

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Developer Lexington Square Partners filed a lawsuit against the city of Baltimore on Tuesday for at least $50 million, claiming the city improperly terminated its contract to sell properties to the company in West Baltimore .
