Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The Texas Legislature enacted the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act effective Sept. 1, 2013. As the name suggests, it is based on the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, some version of which has now been adopted by 48 states.
