Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- The manager of Massachusetts-based Chitron Electronics Inc. has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn her conviction for illegally exporting military-grade computer chips to China, arguing that the lower courts violated her due process rights.
