High Court Asked To Review Gas Price-Fixing MDL Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (September 4, 2013, 8:23 PM EDT) -- Several natural gas companies, including Shell Energy North America LP and others, have urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Ninth Circuit decision that revived state-law claims in the multidistrict litigation alleging the companies fixed natural gas prices, arguing that the Natural Gas Act preempts the state law allegations.
