Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 6:19 PM EDT) -- Attorneys who helped a class of NationsBank Corp. investors secure a $333.2 million settlement over an allegedly botched merger with Bank of America Corp. should not be allowed to give part of that money to charity, a NationsBank investor told the Eighth Circuit on Wednesday.
