Pa. Enviro Permits Allowed To Extend Beyond Law's Deadline

Law360, Philadelphia (September 5, 2013, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A split panel of Pennsylvania administrative law judges ruled Wednesday that certain state Department of Environmental Protection permits could remain in effect beyond the close of an extension period included in a state law aimed at preventing developers from having to seek renewals for projects stalled by the sour economy.
