Penn National Gets 3rd Shot At Mass. Gaming License

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts Gaming Commission on Friday approved Penn National Gaming Inc.'s request to take over a slots parlor proposal from another company, effectively giving Penn National a third shot at winning one of the state's many licenses up for auction.
