Comcast, BT Scolded By Judge Over Patent Dispute Delays

Law360, Dallas (September 12, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Discovery squabbles in a teleconferencing patent infringement suit brought by Comcast Corp. against British Telecommunications PLC earned both parties a lecture Thursday from a Texas federal judge fed up with delays in the case and heated language in their filings.
