Suit Over 44 Wall St. Freeze-Out Can Continue, Judge Rules

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- The Swedish investors who hold a majority interest in a 24-story tower at 44 Wall St. can't stop the building's minority investor, real estate mogul Kent Swig, from pursuing his lawsuit accusing them of trying to illegally force him out of the property, a New York state judge has ruled.
