Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Wyle Laboratories Inc., which lost out to rival Science Applications International Corp. for a $1.76 billion contract for health services in support of all NASA human spaceflight programs, filed a protest at the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Tuesday seeking to win back the award.
