8th Circ. Revives CMH Homes' Bid To Arbitrate Kickback Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 5, 2013, 5:12 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Thursday revived CMH Homes Inc.’s attempt to move into arbitration a putative class action accusing the manufactured-home seller of taking kickbacks from a mortgage lender, finding the lower court must reconsider the amount in question before considering the arbitration bid.
