Texas High Court Rejects TransCanada Land Seizure Appeal

Law360, Houston (September 6, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court declined Friday to weigh in on whether state law requires TransCanada Corp. to prove it can legally seize private property before being granted temporary access to the land to begin work on a segment of the Keystone XL pipeline.
