6th Circ. Vacates Injunction On Mich. Labor Pact Law

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday struck down an injunction blocking a Michigan law that prohibits government arms from entering labor agreements that set the terms of employment for public construction projects, rejecting the claim that the statute was trumped by the National Labor Relations Act.
