2nd Circ. Affirms Dismissal Of Spoof Film IP Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 6, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Friday affirmed a New York district court's dismissal of film company Troma Entertainment Inc.'s copyright infringement suit against two individuals who allegedly engineered a distribution deal for two of its low-budget films without its knowledge, saying Troma didn't sufficiently allege it suffered an injury.
