Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 2:41 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to reinstate him as relator in a $19 million False Claims Act suit alleging CH2M Hill Hanford Group Inc. allowed employees to fraudulently claim excess work hours at a nuclear site, arguing that he is entitled to the proceeds of the suit despite his participation in the scheme.
