Ex-Hollinger CFO Pleads Not Guilty To 8 Counts Of Fraud

Law360, New York (December 7, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Another former Hollinger Inc. executive has pled not guilty to involvement in the multi-million dollar scandal allegedly perpetrated by Conrad Black and several other insiders.

Former Chief Financial Officer John Boultbee, who was indicted on eight counts of mail and wire fraud last month, pled not guilty in Illinois district court. The judge ordered Boultbee to post a $1.5 million bond and restricted his travel to the U.S. and Canada.
