LA Landlords Had Due Notice Before City Cut Rent: 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (September 9, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Monday that the rights of Los Angeles landlords whose properties were put into a state-authorized rent escrow program for apartments with electrical, plumbing, fire safety and cockroach issues weren't violated because they were given sufficient notice.
