Cracker Barrel Asks 7th Circ. To Lift Kraft’s Sales Ban

Law360, Chicago (September 9, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. on Monday urged the Seventh Circuit to lift an injunction barring it from selling branded food products in grocery stores, claiming Kraft Foods Group Inc. unfairly won a blanket ban even though its trademark only covers cheeses.
