Jurors In Mark Cuban Case Won't Face Questionnaire

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban cannot force potential jurors at his insider trading trial to fill out a questionnaire designed to root out those biased against him, a Texas federal judge ruled Tuesday, handing a victory to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
