EEOC Must Rethink Presuit Strategy After Bloomberg Loss

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suffered a stinging rebuke to its prelitigation practices Monday, when a New York federal judge decimated the agency's pregnancy bias suit against Bloomberg LP, and attorneys say the decision is another in a growing line that shows the agency must rethink how it launches large-scale cases.
