IGT Slams $5M Whistleblower Judgment In 9th Circ.

Law360, San Francisco (September 10, 2013, 8:01 PM EDT) -- International Games Technology urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a $4.6 million judgment in favor of two former in-house intellectual property attorneys, arguing that they didn't provide evidence to support the securities fraud claims behind their victorious whistleblower trial in Nevada federal court.
