ArmorWorks Creditors Urge Court To Appoint Ch. 11 Trustee

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 1:57 PM EDT) -- Creditors of ArmorWorks Enterprises LLC urged an Arizona bankruptcy judge on Monday to appoint a Chapter 11 trustee amid a longtime feud over control of the company, offering in exchange to withdraw their motion to dismiss the military contractor's petition.
