LA Sheriff's Deputies' OT Class Action Survives

Law360, Los Angeles (September 10, 2013, 10:08 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday allowed Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies to proceed with most claims in their wage-and-hour class action, finding there were triable issues of fact in the deputies' claims they were pressured by supervisors not to report overtime worked.
