Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 1:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Tuesday to dismiss an unpaid overtime suit against Lady Gaga filed by her former personal assistant, saying a jury would have to decide whether the time the assistant spent on call constituted free time or working hours that she should've been paid for.
