Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 1:00 PM EDT) -- The window expired Tuesday for Saks Inc. to find someone to beat Hudson's Bay Co.'s $2.9 billion offer as the deal, which will see the New York shopping icon sold to Canada's oldest company, clears its first hurdle.
