NJ High Court Won't Nix Fees In Doc's Divorce Case

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 10:40 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear the appeal of a physician who angled to have $184,000 of legal and accounting fees wiped out, a joint effort between the physician and his ex-wife after their bitter 10-year divorce bankrupted his medical practice.
