Broker Arrested Over $2.5M Real Estate Fraud

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Facing at least two fraud lawsuits, the former owner of Virginia real estate brokerage firm Molinaro-Koger was arrested Monday for allegedly stealing $2.5 million and attempting to siphon $15 million more from a Tampa-based hotel owner in what authorities peg as the work of a serial fraudster.
