HHS Targets Minority-Owned Health Care Suppliers, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (September 11, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A Texas medical equipment supplier filed a proposed class action in federal court Tuesday against the head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, alleging its Medicare agreement was wrongly terminated when an investigator assumed the business had been permanently shuttered.
