Debt Cos. Misled Victoria's Secret Cardholders, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 1:25 PM EDT) -- Two debt collectors were hit with a putative class action in New Jersey federal court Wednesday alleging they misled Victoria’s Secret credit card holders about the amount of interest that was accruing on their debts.
