No Acceleration Before Fatal '09 Toyota Crash, Expert Says

Law360, Los Angeles (September 11, 2013, 9:46 PM EDT) -- A woman who was killed when her 2006 Toyota Camry crashed into a tree didn’t accelerate in the moments before her accident, a defense automotive expert testified Wednesday in California's first bellwether personal injury trial in the Toyota Motor Corp. unintended acceleration litigation.
